ORIX New Zealand Ltd is a proud supporter of the New Zealand V8 touring car championship. ORIX Team Racing was established in 2002 and continues our association with motorsport which extends back over the last decade.
We have a wonderful team of people who live and breathe motorsport. Like everything else we do, we take our involvement very seriously. There are great synergies between customers and suppliers in and around racing and we aim to have the largest hospitality facilities at the track in New Zealand.

Manuell wins Ashley Stitchbury Award

Paul Manuell, driving the bright orange ORIX Fleet and Finance NZV8 Commodore, has won the 2009 Ashley Stitchbury Trophy which is awarded to the driver who has both a natural driving talent and displays a sportsman- like attitude to fellow competitors. Manuell is the only second time winner of the award; previous recipients include Kayne Scott, Angus Fogg and team mate Andy Booth. Manuell also finished a credible fifth in the BNTV8 2008/09 National Championship from 36 entries.
