ORIX New Zealand Limited is a subsidiary of Japanese industrial finance and leasing company ORIX Corporation.

ORIX Corporation started service in Japan in 1964 providing leasing and financial packages to assist companies to acquire the industrial equipment, vehicles and machinery needed to grow their business.

Today ORIX Corporation has grown to be one of the world's largest non-bank finance and leasing organisations currently with assets of approximately 6 trillion yen (NZ$87 billion). The ORIX Corporation employs around 9,500 staff across 23 countries.
